Message from the Very Rev. Pamela from April 25, 2025:

Dear Ones,

Happy Easter! It was wonderful to worship with so many of you over Holy Week and Easter weekend, and I could not be more grateful to the dozens of volunteers and staff who put in so many extra hours to make all of those beautiful services possible. Thank you, one and all!

This Sunday we’ll celebrate Earth Day with a with special Prayers of the People. I invite you to join me in Room 6/7 at 11:30am to learn more about the Episcopal Church’s Covenant to Care for Creation and discuss how we can continue and strengthen our involvement with this vital work. We’ll be done in an hour or less.

Finally, I’m pleased to announce that on May 25 and 26, we’ll have a special guest preaching and teaching as we celebrate Rogation Days: Payton Hoegh, Program Director for the Center for Spirituality in Nature. Some of us first met Payton when we went through the Spirituality in Nature Groups (SING) training a couple of years back. He is a leading voice in the Episcopal Church about creation care and is passionate about community weaving, ecology, environmentalism, agriculture, justice, and equity.

More information about Payton and the Rogation Days events will be coming soon, but meanwhile mark your calendars. See you Sunday!

Blessings,

Pamela+
