About us

No matter where you come from, where you’re going, or how long you can stay, you’re invited to participate in the community of The Episcopal Church of St. Martin.

We are a progressive, nonprofit religious organization. The Episcopal Church is a part of the worldwide Anglican Communion. We serve the community in the city of Davis, California, and the surrounding communities of Yolo, Solano, and Sacramento counties. St. Martin’s is a welcoming church, attempting to love ALL our neighbors—no exceptions! We host meals and other services for people in need and are active in environmental issues, having become a carbon-neutral facility in 2021.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT:
We acknowledge the land on which St. Martin’s is located. For thousands of years, this land has been the home of Patwin people. Today, there are three federally-recognized Patwin tribes: Cachil Dehe Band of Wintun Indians of the Colusa Indian Community, Kletsel Dehe Wintun Nation, and Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation. The Patwin people have remained committed to the stewardship of this land over many centuries. It has been cherished and protected, as elders have instructed the young through generations. We are honored and grateful to be on their traditional lands.
